In this role, you will:
Play an instrumental role in our team’s mission to inspire and engage our employees and broker partners through compelling stories.
Put your impressive leadership skills to use, coaching and mentoring a dynamic team of specialists to execute communication programs. Your strong client relationship ability, paired with your exceptional writing and editing skills, ensures we deliver consistent and impactful messages that drive business outcomes.
Reporting to the Director, Communication, lead the development and execution of our employee and broker communication strategy, including editorial planning, brief development, content reviews, syndication plans, and performance measurement
Mentor, motivate, and lead a team of experienced communication professionals responsible for developing communication strategy and content for a variety of channels, including internal and external corporate messages, visual content, video scripts, speeches/presentations, announcements, and digital content
Editing and writing accountability for a variety of communication assets, including but not limited to short-form and long-form content, actionable campaigns, presentations, videos, and visual assets
Collaborate with executive team members, functional leaders, and subject matter experts to advise on accurate and relevant communication content and strategies
Develop and manage business outcome-based indicators to track the effectiveness of communication initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams in Public Relations and Marketing to align strategies and strengthen our overall narrative
Serve as a brand ambassador by ensuring our tone and the quality of our content meets corporate brand standards
